Patna’s Air Quality Index Shows Improvement Post-Rains, But Remains ‘Moderate’
Patna: Following several days of monsoon showers, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in Patna has shown noticeable improvement, moving from the ‘Poor’ to the ‘Moderate’ category, according to data from the Bihar State Pollution Control Board (BSPCB). While the rain has washed away pollutants, providing temporary relief to residents, experts caution that pollution levels could rise again once the rain subsides. The BSPCB continues to monitor the situation and has urged citizens to minimize vehicular emissions to maintain better air quality.
